Welcome to Heron Bay

 

Heron Bay is a friendly community welcoming residents of all ages with approximately 325 single family homes on ½ acre lots.

 

Lewes and Rehoboth Beaches and Cape Henlopen State Park are close by, with Ocean City, Maryland about 25 miles south. Outlet shopping and many fine restaurants are plentiful. Our amenities area includes a beautiful clubhouse, where friends gather for activities and holiday celebrations, a fitness room and library. We have a resort sized swimming pool, children’s playground, basketball court, tennis/pickle ball court, bocce court and a horse shoe area.  A walking path surrounds the amenity area for your outdoor exercise.
